Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete, as we are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Returned Orders: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from a pickup point, you will need to pay for reshipping. Alternatively, if you choose to cancel, refunds will exclude shipping and return costs.

2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are available during checkout and may vary by destination and shipping method.

  • Processing Time: This includes the time needed to prepare your order for shipment (picking, packing, and dispatching). It can take up to 48 business hours to process your order. 
  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery depends on the carrier’s service schedule and capacity. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (for tracked services). Please note that tracking updates may take up to two business days to appear after dispatch.

  • Incomplete or invalid address details.
  • Payment discrepancies or fraud concerns.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to these reasons, we will process a refund in accordance with our standard policy.

  • Customs Charges: Any additional fees requested by local authorities must be paid by the customer. Orders held or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees are non-refundable, and customers will bear all related costs.
